		Vehicle Sales Receptionist / Marketing Executive Company : Hotjobs Consult Employment Type : Permanent/Full Time Job Category : Engineering Job Description : •Responsible for the effective Market coverage and selling all Africa motors Products. •Responsible for achieving the individual and team targets set by Management from time both in units and value terms. •Responsible for closing Sales deals on all Prospective customers making enquiries for Africa Motors Products. •Responsible for following up all enquiries on Africa motors Products and ensure such enquiries are turned to Sales. •Carry out Vehicle Test Drive with prospective customers. •Plan and execute all Customer Calls and ensure the MANCRM is updated with such calls and information. •Responsible for Customer Profile Updates in MANCRM. •Ensure the collection of Cash for all Sales and where credit is offered, the Company credit Policy must be strictly followed. •Responsible for ensuring the Satisfactory Purchase delivery of all sold products and educate customers on the Product Support back up available within AFM for such products •Assist in resolving customer complaint and assist customers to derive maximum benefit on their investment of AFM products. •Responsible for providing reports on Competitive reports on all Products. •Actively Participate in executing all GM Difference recommendations and attend GM Difference Meetings whenever invited. •Responsible for providing information on lost sales and provide useful suggestions on such sales will be won in future. •Ensure the Tidiness and Cleanliness of the Africa Motors work environment. •Participate in periodic Stock Checks. •Accept special tasks on Fleet, Tender deals and ensure such deals are won. •Actively assist and Participate in preparation, submission and follow up of all Government and Private sector tenders until it manifest into sales. •Actively Participate in Sales Drives into NGOs, Foreign Offices, Government / Private sector, Financial Institutions and other Market Segments where her services may be required to achieve the company objective of increasing market share for Motor Vehicle and Industrial Product. •Attend to all Prospective walking Customers inquiries for Vehicles / Industrial Products, take their records, guide them to inspect and take buying decision. •Traveling within and outside the country for Promoting and Selling Motor Vehicles and Other Industrial Products. •Participate in all Vehicle Sales promotions and marketing Functions as may be assigned •Accept to carry out all legitimate instructions that will help to achieve Company goals and objective. •Co-operative effectively with other team members on any assigned task that will positively enhance the profitability of the Company. Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with two year of relevant experience.
